Stage 1
CLIENT BRIEF
The first thing we do is listen to you. Everything that you expect from the video, the purpose, reach, target audience…everything. We want all the information and references you can provide us to better understand your needs.
PLANNING
Based on your brief, we start brainstorming and researching. We find anything and everything we can to make sure that what we create for you is best suited for your needs.
SCRIPT WRITING
After all the planning and development, we get it on paper. We develop a script (voice-over or text-based) which will the backbone of your video.
CLIENT FEEDBACK 1
We work on the script based on your comments and suggestions till you’re absolutely satisfied with it. Let us know everything you feel, corrections and all. We only finalise the script when all your needs are met.
Stage 2
AV SCRIPT OR STORY BOARDING
Based on the finalised script we now go on to give you a much proper understanding of the project. We create and Audio-Visual script in which you get an idea about the visuals we plan to run along with the script. Line by line. It’s either an AV script or storyboard for animation. With both, you start seeing. the video we are developing actions and all. We only finalise the script when all your needs are met.
CLIENT FEEDBACK 2
Every moment of the video is played out in these plans and we work on it until you’re a 100% sure. Once you are, this coupled with the script becomes our bible to adhere to for the video.
Stage 3
Voice Over
Once we get every single word, every single line approved from you, it’s time to choose the voice. We send you a couple of national and international voice samples to pick from. The voice you love best is the one that brings this script to life. We also work on background music to go with this voice and send the sound files right over to you.
CLIENT FEEDBACK 3
Pronunciations, punctuations, tones…everything needs your approval. Here we appreciate a clear feedback in one go within 1-2 days, since that is how long a voice over artist’s contract works for. Similarly, we need to get the music finalised too. By the end of this stage, we’ll have the backbone of our video ready.
Stage 4
Animation
Now we get to the creative part! Every single element, product, character and background detail is created and we decide where and how the characters will be positioned in each frame. Here we also define the camera movement in each frame. It’s the complete video with all the elements.
AV Compilations
This is the process where moving pictures and sounds come together. All the VFX elements are also compiled in this edit. It also has the text you require with the visuals. In its entirety, the video is now ready in the essence with all the information, just waiting to be finished.
CLIENT FEEDBACK 4
Here’s the part where you let us know how well the entire animation is working according to your plan. Are the products moving right? Is the process you wish to illustrate properly getting across? Is the text proper and informative? According to your feedback, we make corrections and send it back for limited feedback.
Stage 5
Modifications
According to your feedback, we make the changes that can be made at this stage of production. Since we’re quite close to the end here, there are certain limitations to the amount of modifications that can be made.
Approval
The edited video is mailed over to you. Please note that every edit we send you till this stage will have Manobal’s watermark on it. At this stage, we require an Email confirmation of your approval for the final video.
Final Delivery
After all of these steps of dedicated hard work, we get you the video you wanted! Building it up according to your needs and adding our creative flair, we make your marketing ideas come to life.
